The tutors, assessors, and Internal Quality Assurers (IQAs) involved in our qualifications are experienced senior leaders with extensive backgrounds in residential childcare leadership, Ofsted regulatory practice, governance and quality assurance, safeguarding and risk management, and leadership development . Our learners are taught and assessed by professionals who have lived the role of Registered Manager (RM) or Responsible Individual (RI) and fully understand the realities of daily leadership and governance .

Our Sector Lead & Partner
Our Children’s Sector & Ofsted Regulatory Practice is led by experienced sector specialists and Partners. Our leadership team specializes in residential childcare, governance, safeguarding, and Ofsted regulatory practice, bringing extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership programmes, trauma-informed training, and operational development for Registered Managers and Responsible Individuals.
In a unique position within the sector, our practice features dedicated experts who meet all professional criteria to act simultaneously as our Lead Tutor, Lead Assessor, and Lead Internal Quality Assurer (IQA).Centre Roles & Governance Structure
In strict compliance with awarding body standards, our centre maintains a clear distribution of roles and responsibilities to ensure quality and accountability :
- Centre Lead: Responsible for overall compliance, programme oversight, and continuous liaison with the awarding body .
- Programme Director: Oversees curriculum design, delivery quality, and absolute alignment with qualification requirements .
- Assessors: Occupationally competent professionals responsible for marking assessments, evaluating case studies, and providing structured feedback .
- Internal Quality Assurer (IQA): Ensures that all assessment decisions are consistent, valid, and fair across the qualification while conducting planned sampling and standardisation .
- Administration: Manages learner registration, certification, and secure record keeping, ensuring the safe storage of all assessment evidence .
